Description

Cal Talbot and his girlfriend Ronnie Miles are planning a relaxing summer hike of the Appalachian Trail after completing their first year of college during which they also helped thwart a Mexican cartel educational conspiracy and rescue Cal’s brother Chad from the clutches of a cartel drug factory.

Their plans are interrupted when Cal receives word from a close friend of his father that his dad did not die from enemy action in Afghanistan as believed but was deliberately murdered. Cal and Ronnie decide to investigate and uncover a worldwide conspiracy reaching from southern Africa to the Mexican coast, perpetrated by a private military company. Will Cal’s special ability and Ronnie’s computer skills be enough to stop them before it’s too late?

They are aided in their effort by unconventional FBI Special Agent Tania Ortiz and former intelligence operative and disinformation specialist Sam Thatcher.
