Cal Talbot gives up a scholarship to Harvard to investigate the disappearance of his older brother, Chad, who mysteriously vanished from a small technical school in southwest Virginia. Using his special talents and a unique ability he begins to investigate, aided by Ronnie Miles, another student he saves from a serious assault and who has special talents of her own.
It soon becomes apparent that nefarious forces are out to stop them at any cost and what they suspect so far may be just the tip of an iceberg, with a conspiracy leading to the highest levels of the United States government and beyond.
Together Cal and Ronnie must determine what is happening and find out Chad’s fate before they are silenced forever.
